The Søvn Sleep System

A sleep system comprises various components that work together to support and accommodate the human body, ensuring an optimal, ergonomic sleeping posture.  

The three basic components are:

1.  mattress
2.  head cushion (pillow)
3.  foundation (box spring/flexible slat system)  

All components work together, as a system, to provide both appropriate support and contour.  The result is better, more natural spinal alignment, less pressure on the shoulders and hips, and better support overall for body weight.
